We are capable to respond 24/7 to incidents and provide support.

Support during critical times

There are countless scenarios that can occur:

  • Criminal incidents (threats, extortion, kidnapping, blackmailing, robbery, personal attacks, virtual attacks, etc.)
  • Medical incidents (injuries, accidents, etc.)
  • Natural incidents
  • Legal incidents (detention, lawsuit, etc.)
  • Virtual incidents (cyber attacks, ransomware)

Our incident response may include the following:

 

  • Immediate deployment of our response team to support the family and their crisis management team 
  • Assess the situation and suggest appropriate measures to contain the incident
  • In case of criminal incidents:
    • Identify and profile perpetrators, intentions, and potential additional threats
  • Increase of existing security measures if required such as additional close protection, guards or technical measures
  • Coordinate and support the interaction with authorities or other organizations
  • Coach or support on crisis communication and interaction with the press, social media or other information channels
  • Provide psychological support and crisis aftercare
