We are capable to respond 24/7 to incidents and provide support.
Support during critical times
There are countless scenarios that can occur:
- Criminal incidents (threats, extortion, kidnapping, blackmailing, robbery, personal attacks, virtual attacks, etc.)
- Medical incidents (injuries, accidents, etc.)
- Natural incidents
- Legal incidents (detention, lawsuit, etc.)
- Virtual incidents (cyber attacks, ransomware)
Our incident response may include the following:
- Immediate deployment of our response team to support the family and their crisis management team
- Assess the situation and suggest appropriate measures to contain the incident
- In case of criminal incidents:
- Identify and profile perpetrators, intentions, and potential additional threats
- Increase of existing security measures if required such as additional close protection, guards or technical measures
- Coordinate and support the interaction with authorities or other organizations
- Coach or support on crisis communication and interaction with the press, social media or other information channels
- Provide psychological support and crisis aftercare
