Proactive monitoring
According to a predefined timetable, our experienced crisis managers contact your travellers to check their current status and well-being. If travellers cannot be contacted during predefined time-slots, a previously established emergency protocol is activated to immediately support your traveller.
Support on call
Travellers calling the global 24/7 emergency hotline receive immediate support by one of our experienced crisis managers to their specific situation. An establish process defines who within your organization will be informed about incoming phone calls.
On the ground support
In case of highly critical or dangerous incidents we can mobilize a security team or other support personnel to safeguard your traveller on the ground. Our crisis manager will coordinate in close contact with your organization the required level of support.
