Our 24/7 emergency hotline is the foundation for the reliable support of your travellers during critical incidents.
- Incoming calls from your travellers are handled by our experienced and multilingual staff
- The reception process ensures that all relevant data of the traveller is noted allowing us to contact the traveller in case of a connection loss
- After the reception process that call is handed over to our security or medical specialist for further support.
- We inform the employer about the incidents and take if required further steps to support the traveller on the ground
